Hello, could you explain to me about the "no warranty" policy? It means that I can get my money back if the product doesn't work or has a problem within a week?
That was probably a mistake on our shop. There is no "no-warranty" policy. If you receive a defective product, you can contact the customer service and have your monitor replaced as long as it is within two weeks. However this article is already sold out.
