Hello, can this or other devices access my Youtube playlists? I don't feel like downloading everything ;-)

Unfortunately, it is not yet possible to play playlists from YouTube with the controller. However, this is not due to the device but to the DJ software you are using. I am not aware of any DJ software that currently supports YouTube. However, it is possible to use Soundcloud, Tidal and some other platforms.
No, you can stream from some music providers like Beatport, soundcloud, tidal and Apple Music in Rekordbox.
