Question about Garmin Edge 1030

Theoretically you could load a route for a car into the Edge via Basecamp, but far too dangerous as the display is far too small. A spoken text is also missing. Googlemap in the mobile is more suitable.

i always use the navi with my bike. it won't fail because of the roads. but because of the missing traffic reports and the spoken text.
the screen is also very small and there is no holder.
the cheapest car navi can do everything and better.
but then there are two devices. why not use the mobile phone as an alternative?
