Hello, can someone tell me something about the following:
- Can I use the tool to record videos?
- Is it compatible with OBS and BMPocket 4k?
- How much delay to introduce?

So this adapter makes a connection from USB-C to HDMI (out). If an HDMI recording device is connected to it, it should be possible to record the output from the "notebook".
