No, Razor E300 is not for your son. It is recommended from the age of 13. The Razor E100 with a maximum speed of 16 km/h would be optimal. This is recommended from the age of 8. The E100 is the weaker version of the Razor E300!
My son was 15 when I bought him the E300, so it took a bit of getting used to. If you give it very little gas, it immediately starts racing, very fast. There is no slow driving. My son soon got the hang of it, but most of his colleagues who wanted to try it fell over and, you don't expect it. I cannot give any information about Razor E100. Check with the manufacturer. I also meant that you are only allowed to ride Razor E300 on the bike lane, not on the pavement (in Switzerland).
