Hello Can I use this plug for bridging with a gas instantaneous water heater/ DE plug SP03/ 16A 250V? Or would another one be better? Thanks

No, travel plugs are not allowed. see second link below there point 1

The correct solution would be to use a fixed adapter. You can find them in the Digitec search under this keyword.
I can't tell you exactly which one. The information on the plug doesn't really tell you anything. You would also need to know the technical data for the device.

Digitec (or any other Swiss dealer) is obliged to supply electrical appliances with a Swiss plug. If the appliance is supplied with a foreign plug, a suitable replacement cable should be supplied if the mains cable is pluggable or, alternatively, a suitable adapter if the mains cable is permanently connected.

If the appliance is delivered without a suitable plug, complain to the customer service and insist on a cable or an adapter, free of charge.
