This adapter is used to connect a keyboard and mouse to the console. Depending on the console, an original gamepad must be connected in order to be able to trigger the commands from the keyboard and mouse via the pad. In this way, games can be played without keyboard/mouse compatibility. So it won't work with the steering wheel, it doesn't make your PS controller compatible for an Xbox.
