Question about SteelSeries Arctis Pro Wireless

Hello, am I the only one who hears white noise (whistling) in my headphones when no sound is being played? I find this unbearable... To find out, you turn on your headset and activate the Bluetooth. You press twice on the power button to turn off the 2.4 connection to be only connected with Bluetooth (with my smartphone) and there is more white noise (whistling) ... You can hear when you stop the music the headset cuts the sound and when you start it again it activates the sound again.
