I also had it once
BUT WITHOUT WARRANTY:
1) Remove the service door for the brewing unit, first try to push it in by the two orange holders. If this does not work:
- Switch off the machine
- Use a small insulated screwdriver to gently press in the contact at the top left.
- Switch on the coffee machine, the brewing unit should now rotate.
