Question about Samsung Galaxy Tab S8 Ultra

Hello all I wanted to ask if I'm the only one who hasn't received the Buds and Keyboard from the promotion yet? It was confirmed on 05.07.23 and should be on its way. Support from Samsung has also confirmed that it is on its way. I'm not used to such long waiting times....
