Question about House of Marley Stir It Up

Hello all, I received the House of Marley today. I connected it according to the instructions but unfortunately it does not work. I tried different sockets and a different power supply, but nothing happened. I think the mains connection on the record player itself is defective? Or the drive itself? Has anyone had similar experiences? @digitec: What can I do in such a case? LG and thank you dear community
