I have just fitted the Hähnel Capture for Sony to the Sony alpha 7iii camera. The flash works fine.
Unfortunately the camera cannot be operated with the remote shutter release. Would be grateful for help.

I connected the Hähnel Capture to an A7ii via USB cable. Then connect it briefly to the shutter release... That's it. I didn't have to adjust anything else.

Is the USB cable connected? There should be a cable with it. It has to be connected to the receiver on the one hand and to the camera on the other. (At least in my setup with a Sony a6300).
