Hello all I have just bought the headphones and as soon as you double tap on the right you can hear your surroundings, is it normal that I can only hear my surroundings on the right and a noise on the left and is the control function only on the right or on both sides? I think my product is defective

So the control panel is only on the right, but both sides of the headphones should pass the environment. If there is really only noise, I would file a warranty claim.
