I bought this wonderful product in July. After I just bought it, I have the upgrade (Automatic) from version 9 to version 10 of android, fuonction all good.
I bought another P30 as a gift a week ago, but the version remains at version 9, which we can't upgrade to android version 10.
What is the problem, can anyone help me? The Product are the same.
