Question about Liam & Daan Large diaphragm condenser microphone with accessories

Hello all, We have bought a Liam@Daan large diaphragm microphone. Unfortunately, we have no signal on our laptops. We have also tried the mic on a mobile speaker, but with the same failure. Question: I read that the mic needs a phantom power supply, where do I get it? Is it to do with a program, we have Win10 Home installed. Thanks for the support
