Hello all. My Urbanista Stockholm buds do not turn on. The charging case shows the red LED continuously after charging. As soon as I disconnect the case from the mains, the LED only flashes 3 times until I reconnect the cable to the mains. It doesn't matter whether the buds are in the case or not...Has anyone had this problem?
