Question about Delizio Carina

Hello all. It's about my Delizio Carina that I bought in September. The machine is noisy and vibrates so that the cup moves back and forth during preparation. Is this normal for this model?

Put it on a flat surface; mine vibrated too because it wasn't on a suitable surface.

Well, mine doesn't do that. I don't think that's normal.
