Question about Samsung Galaxy A52

Hello all. I wanted to register with the members app for the free buds. When opening the app it says that samsung nembers app is not available in Switzerland.does anyone know this?

I also had... Swisscom SIM card...
I just used the link for Liechtenstein SIM card :) so it worked and I could register everything with CH address (if it works then I will know when I get the headphones ;)
