Question about SteelSeries Arctis Nova Pro Wireless

Hello, a question: Does anyone else have this, that the display on the base station just doesn't switch off after the desired time despite all settings and efforts? I've tested it on the PC, TV, consoles and even directly on the power but nothing happens and it stays lit all the time. Firmware should actually be up to date, at least the SteelSeries GG app doesn't show any updates. Does anyone have any advice or tips for me? 🤔
