Question about Elite Screens Spectrum

Hello, A few years ago I bought an Elite Screens screen from Digitec. At that time, I was able to pick it up from your shop without any problems. Now it says with all models: "Unfortunately, it is not possible to collect this product, and additional transport costs have to be paid. Is it really no longer possible to collect a canvas from your shop or perhaps directly from your warehouse? We would much prefer it that way. Best regards
