Question about Digitec GaN 3-Port Fast Charger

Having used it for the last 3 days, I have a doubt as to whether the 65W 3-port charger is working properly. When the three ports have a cable plugged in but no consumer plugged in behind it, while remaining powered, the USB-A port to which an Apple Watch charging cable is plugged in doesn't always seem to work when I put the watch on charge. I have to cut the power and plug it back in (unplugging the USB-A cable alone isn't always enough). Is this normal behaviour or is my product potentially faulty?
