Has anyone already had experience with the 1TB version?

The drive runs smoothly and has good speed
The 1TB SSD has been running in my test hypervisor as Tier1 storage for about 2 weeks. Connected to the SATA connector of a 5-year-old ASUS motherboard. No problems, I am satisfied.
I wouldn't recommend it to you because the WD SSD's are supplied by Sandisk and they're not really the best.
