Question about Razer Huntsman Elite Gaming

Red. As far as I know, Digitec unfortunately only has these.

Does this keyboard offer a key combination to switch quickly between PC and Mac layouts?
Also, does it work with KVMs?

I'm interested in that too.

Hope i understood correctly your question but: the product has RGB lightning on all keys which can be controlled by Razer Synapse. The keys are black with white writing which can be coloured in almost anything.
