Question about Gigabyte GeForce RTX 3080 Ti GAMING OC 12G

The 3080Ti / 3070Ti models are basically more available, as these are less in demand due to e.g. the high price and LHR.
Stock is currently also >10 pieces
If you intend to buy exactly this card, I advise you to wait, as the dynamic pricing of Digitec causes high price fluctuations (1642.- 2 weeks ago) or to choose another 3080ti if the price does not deter you.

I wouldn't say normalised, but there are now individual cards if you're not so picky about your board partner. Personally, as much as I would like to upgrade from my 2080... I'd leave it alone - the price is almost a thousand euros too high. I would advise you to do the same... unless you don't need your money and don't care that the prices don't go down ;-)
