Has anyone used this KVM switch with 4k @60Hz?
I get a maximum of 4k @30Hz with it. What could be the problem? I have tried several new HDMI cables from the switch to the monitor. Mine always offers a maximum of 30Hz.

I have it running at 60hz 4k on a 4080 with a Primewire HDMI cable 2.1

It could possibly be due to your graphics card.
