Has anyone tried this with a MacBook? I cannot seem to find anything online, although I do not see why it wouldn't work..

Hi, yes I tested with an HP and a MacBook Air, worked perfectly with USBC input . You can even get rid of the laptop charger, the screen charges the laptop through the USBC cable.
