Question about OnePlus 6

It would be nice if the pre-orderers could be informed by email beforehand. It won't have only been clear since today that there are delays.

Goodness gracious kids, are you Apple disciples? This is worse than standing in an application store queue and waiting for the latest IPhone YX ^^

I ordered it from day one, but as with the previous models, it's the same.
OnePlus is NOT available in Switzerland, quite simply. The things are imported and guess what the countries that get it officially do? They sell them themselves in their own countries until a few decide to export them and countries like our technologically neglected Switzerland can import them.

The price development is also exciting: Depending on the day, I have already seen the 128GB model here for 639.-, 669.-, 679.- and now even 699.-... At some point, the "flagship killer price" is no longer a given & importing via other dealers becomes interesting again...

I ordered the OnePlus 6 on 25.05 and still haven't received anything - any update?

Amazon now lists it as "from 28 June", there seem to be delivery problems... I wouldn't be surprised if Digitec pushes the date even further out.

It already happened with the 5T, unfortunately.

I don't know, according to support, the date was set for 12 June, if I haven't misunderstood... On Wednesday they said the phones would be there and delivery would start on 8 June.

What should I do with the delivery note in the order status "approx. mid-July, if in the central warehouse by 5:55 tomorrow"? Do I have to come to you at 5 to 6 so that it can be delivered 2 weeks later? You should put more effort and money into customer service instead of into sometimes annoying advertising and customer analyses.

I have now cancelled the order after 2!!! months of waiting. Ordered the devices (Silk White and Midnight Black) on Sunday from another supplier (abroad). They will be delivered tomorrow. Costs for the 128GB variant per device 620!!! Swiss francs incl. customs and shipping.

I ordered mine from Amazon a week ago and received it yesterday. Great part!

I'm really disappointed. If it doesn't come next week, I'll order it somewhere else. They don't even inform you. As a customer who pays hundreds of francs, that should be done.

Digitec is great, but when it comes to customer service, they are 0 on a scale of 1-10. A shame really!

i got mine last week 8gb 256gb version...fantastic device the big display is mega....
