Question about Sony PlayStation Portal remote player
Has anyone managed to connect the Portal to PS5 at home via an outdoor hotspot? I have tried various internet solutions, but no success. Except that the PS5 switches on, but Portal says no connection. No problems on the home network.

Activate Remote Play: On your PS5, go to Settings > System > Remote Play and select Enable Remote Play.
Sleep settings: Go to Settings > System > Power saving > Set sleep mode functions and enable Stay connected to the Internet and Enable powering on PS5 from network.
Connection: Ideally, connect your PS5 to the router via LAN cable for better stability; otherwise, use the 5 GHz Wi-Fi band and make sure both devices are on the same network.
Update: Make sure your PS5 has the latest system software.
Connection with hotspot (mobile) works perfectly
