Has anyone found a solution to the synchronisation problem, other than throwing the tape out of the window in frustration?
Hi, I resolved this way, only if you had a previous phone and now you have issues syncing on the new one.
IF you are lucky you have the old phone, IF so then on the old phone remove the Fitbit device from the App. Then go to the new phone, uninstall app, reinstall, add your Fitbit... and it will syncronize.
I have sent mine back! After 4 weeks NO synchronisation possible!!! For the money = no go! I am curious if I will get a new one?
The problem with synchronisation is apparently not as simple as it seems.
After 1.5 years, the nylon strap broke. It's worth extending the warranty. So far, no problems with syncing (Samsung Galaxy S20).
Sending it back seems to be the right solution. Also the one with the greatest learning effect for Fitbit.
Buy an IPhone and it works. Unfortunately, the Charge 2 already had the same problem.
