Question about Hombli Smart Swiss Socket 2+1

Has anyone already done it with ioBroker? Without Tuya Cloud! Or, to put it another way: Does the manufacturer provide something like a local API? They seem to be the only compact smart lplugs with a Swiss plug. Otherwise it will probably be myStrom, a bit clunkier but a bit more open.

How do the hombli connect? WLAN or Zigbee? Compatible with Deconz or iobroker?

If you have an iPhone you can manage them with the in-house app but otherwise they have a "Hombli" software
