Question about Beyerdynamic Byron BTA

Hallo, Why can't I see the return order in my order list for this product? Although I still have the warranty. I bought this earphone about an year ago and I already sent it back once as it was broken after some months. I got a new one afterwards and now it is again broken. How does it work?
