Hello, Is it possible that these panels are not compatible with the router: Swisscom Internetbox 2? We cannot connect the panels. In the error description it is written that the panels are not compatible with the router. Thanks a lot
Important: Only works on 2.4 GHz. Configuring the router accordingly could possibly help here...
well - if that's what it says, then you probably have your answer. Unfortunately, it's not the only thing that doesn't work with the router. Mine work without any problems with Orbi. But maybe the signal is simply not enough - how far away are the panels from the router?
