Question about Gaggia New Classic
Hello Yes, I know, purists will probably roll their eyes, but can this thing also handle pads? After many "capsule years", I'm still looking for a system that produces THE fine espresso or ristretto (if you can find the right coffee) that you can actually get in Italy in almost every simple motorway cafetria.

Yes, the machine can handle ESE coffee pods.

You have to use the 1-cup sieve for this.
However, I have never tried this personally, so I can't say anything more about it.
