Question about Amazon ECHO Dot (2nd gen)

Hello I have Alexa with Sonos One and it works. The installation was already complicated because you can't officially use Alexa in Switzerland. I had to change the Amazon account to Germany. The installation of Alexa then worked, but now I have the problem that I can't link Apple Music. I have installed the skill and see Apple Music as a music service. However, I cannot link it. I get the message "Apple Music with Alexa is not available in your country or region". Of course I have an Apple Music subscription. What I have already tried is to temporarily upgrade Apple Music to Family and then share an iTunes account with a connection to the USA Store for Apple Music Family. The approval works on the organiser account but I don't see the approval on the USA Apple account. This is probably due to the cross-country iTunes accounts. Question: Has anyone managed to get Apple Music to work as a music service in Switzerland?
