Question about Samsung Galaxy S7 EU
Bought and collected the S7 today but the device has Swisscom branding. That shouldn't be there, should it? I want a device without branding. Exchange or is the S7 like that?

Apparently all S7s have Swisscom branding. I just went to the store in Basel to exchange the device. The new device from the store also has Swisscom branding.
great, i have already ordered 150.- worth of accessories from another shop and now it will be sh.... swisscom on the mobile phone... what is this - it was nowhere in the description... i do not agree with this!
I feel the same way. Can't and won't have the branding! I hate the Swisscom logo and the melody when starting up!
If you have any problems, it's best to call digitec support, it takes them a while to answer, but they are very friendly and helpful! Top here the customer service has really improved - thanks so far digitec - I am now waiting for the email contact from customer service and hope for the best. :-)

Why not flash another firmware on it? It's not that difficult. For more information, I can recommend PocketPC.ch.

The text regarding Swisscom branding was added after the fact. I find this an insult to the customer and am very disappointed in Digitec.
All a bunch of mümümü... Good price and you only have to see the stupid logo when you switch it on...
But just whine that you got a great phone for a great price... if you don't want it, I'll buy it... because there are people who would have liked to buy this offer despite the 2s Swisscom logo... There you can see again that we in Switzerland have too many first world problems and too much money to get upset about something that we see in the advertisements every day....
