Totally agree, it's a "Product Evaluation" section and not a "Customer Complaint" section but apparently it's complicated to respect that... they never use the contact form for this kind of complaint or the free comment section, I don't understand these people...
I am one of these reviewers and I agree with you in principle. However, Galaxus' handling of this product is particularly poor and people vent their frustration where it hurts the most.
And by the way, as a passionate review reader: product ratings on neutral sites are more meaningful than this one...
That also bothered me once again. You want to find out more about the product and then read about the (quite understandable) delivery frustration. @digitec should remedy this.
