Question about Ergotron LX Dual

Good morning we need this mount for our 4 monitors. Which desk mount bracket is supplied? According to the product data sheet, we need the bracket with cable feed-through, which is attached through a surface opening. Can you help me with this? Can I possibly order this bracket separately?
