Good morning :-) Unfortunately I can't connect the headphones via Bluetooth to the B&O app on my Android smartphone.... The app does not find the headphones... What experiences have you had? Can you please help me? Kind regards

I don't know if it helps, but I also had problems with it at the beginning, at some point after 5 times pairing bt again and restarting the phone/headphones it worked, but I still don't know where the problem comes from. I also had a lot more trouble with my Pixel 3a XL than with my new Fairphone 4.
