Good morning, I have a Prepaid SIM from Swisscom and with this phone I bought (not from Galaxus) it doesn't connect me in any way to the external mobile network (except the first time after reboot but after that it doesn't work anymore). I have tried contacting the seller, and also Swisscom by resetting network settings and replacing physical SIM but the problem is not resolved. With SIM cards from Sunrise and Salt it works without a problem. Does anyone know if there is a problem between Swisscom and Samsung Galaxy A14 4G for this model? Or have I bought myself a defective phone? Thank you and best regards
