No, this lens is for APS-C cameras and is therefore not intended for the A7II (full-frame camera). There is nothing in this price range that covers the same focal length range as this lens. The following would fit
Sony FE 24-240mm f/3.5-6.3 OSS, Full Frame E-Mount
Sony FE 70-300mm F4.5-5.6 G OSS
Sony FE 70-200mm f/4 G OSS
With the focal length range, considering the crop factor, there is really only the FE 70-300 G. A very good and compact lens. I can highly recommend it. Full format is just a bit more expensive than APS-C. The 55-210mm is very cheap. Sony doesn't build anything like that for full-frame.
