I assume that this is a question of fun.
According to Garmin, the Epix 2 can only be paired with devices that support Bluetooth, ANT+ or WLAN. The Gamin app is also required for evaluation, which is only available for Android or IOS.
These operating systems are not allowed in civil aviation, but I think if you can pay 4 million CHF for an aircraft, there are certainly providers who can solve the problem. Or it was just a fun question.
