Good evening We have fitted the BC 10.0 WL as described in the operating instructions, and the "transmitter" recognises the magnet (audible, lamp lights up green in places). However, the computer does not recognise any speed, in any case none is displayed. Does anyone know what the problem could be? Many thanks for your help :)

Hi Simon, check the battery(ies), especially at the transmitter, to see if they are already too weak, e.g. due to improper storage at the dealer.
Check the position of the magnet on the spoke - the longer round part must be closest to the transmitter (I had problems with this on another Sigma model and it was always a bit of a fiddle when readjusting the distance of approx. 3 mm).
The speedometer itself must first be brought out of sleep mode with the set button on the back and the wheel circumference, time etc. must be set.
Later, before driving away, the mode button at the bottom of the display must also be switched on manually if, for example, a break of more than 1 hour has been taken.
Greetings Walter

My computer didn't work on the bike either. The connection from transmitter to receiver works very poorly with this device. There are many corresponding reviews and experiences on the Internet. Give it back!
