Good day The product works with the Galaxy S10e mobile phone, but not with the Galaxy Tab A (2018, 10.5) tablet. What could be the reason for this? Both are Samsung products. Many thanks and best regards

Not all devices with a USB-C connection support the Alt Mode (sometimes also called Alternate Mode), which is required for the HDMI (and DisplayPort) connection.
Most adapters use this Alt Mode (hence the reference in the product description) of USB-C, most new devices with USB-C also support this, but unfortunately not all (since it works for you with the S10e and not with the Tab A, I assume that the S10e supports this and the Tab A does not; to be sure: this should be in the specs of these products).
