Good day Tamron Switzerland offers a 10 year warranty on officially imported Tamron lenses. Was this lens officially imported so that this warranty extension is valid? (Tamron apparently checks the serial number).

I need the Tamron almost every day, it has never let me down. So I can't answer this question, actually digitec.ch should be able to. anything else would disappoint me.
