Question about Icy Box IB-DK4040-CPD - USB Type-C mini Dock PD

Good day I recently bought this product. Now I have noticed that it has a constant low but high pitched whistling sound while operating a monitor. This is a bit annoying. Is something like this covered under warranty, or is the unit just so poorly built??? Thanks for any feedback
