Good day I have a fault with my machine, I have registered it as a warranty case because it is under warranty, but unfortunately I don't know where I can send it: It only says "In the event of a service case, please send the item directly to the service centre listed. " Unfortunately, I can't find a listed service centre. At first I thought I'd wait and see if Galaxus would send me the address, but it's been 2 weeks now. But the error has now disappeared again...well, I haven't sent it in yet. But how do I delete the warranty request?
