Question about NZXT Kraken Elite 360 RGB

Good day,i had my pc assembled in a digitec store and had to bring it back because of a gpu problem.since then the display does not work and the nzxt cam does not recognise any nzxt components in my system.i was told i have to wait a few weeks for an update and then it should work again.does anyone else have this problem?

No, that doesn't sound like a software problem either. It is possible that only one connector is no longer connected correctly to the mainboard/hub. Otherwise there is a defect (I have already built 3 PCs with the cooler).

I would also have guessed a plug problem (USB), possibly directly at the display

So the display was still working for me last night, I didn't change anything but it was running. The cam is up to date. So far I haven't had any major problems with the software. The only thing is that my settings keep not being saved, but that's the only thing.

I've had the same problem since January. But I haven't dealt with it yet due to time constraints 😅 let me know what the outcome is.
