Good day I am looking for a computer that would go well with the monitor, preferably not more than 800 francs ? Mainly for image editing with Lightroom. Do you have a recommendation? Kind regards

Not easy...
Personally, I would choose a computer (PC?) with as much RAM as possible 8GB (or better more) and would make concessions with the CPU. With pictures you generate a lot of data quickly. Consider whether you buy enough internal memory or already have an external solution. I've done well with Asus computers so far. Have a look at this one:
