Are the umlaut keys Ö / Ä available on this keyboard? In the product pictures they are present on some but not all.
If they are not there, can they be programmed by selecting the keyboard layout CH-Switzerland in the PC settings?

yes, ö / ä are in the same places as on the CH keyboard. The layout can be changed to any language in Windows.
