Most probably not. The Qualcomm variant is reserved for the American market and will hardly have any reception in Europe because other frequency bands are used. If you want a Qualcomm processor, I can recommend the OnePlus 8 Pro. It's a very nice, fast device that I bought a fortnight ago. You can also use 120Hz and 4K resolution at the same time :P
